Flexible Cancellation Options
Within 4 hours of payment: Full refund
Within 8 hours of payment: 95% refund
Within 24 hours of payment: 80% refund
After 24 hours: Custom orders cannot be canceled, as production will have already started
Order processing begins within 24 hours of payment — custom dolls enter production, and in-stock dolls are prepared for shipment. Materials are allocated, and costs are incurred during this time. Please double-check your order before submission, as cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or once production starts.
Additional Notes on In-Stock Dolls
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
If canceled after shipment, costs for shipping, labor, and packaging will be deducted from your refund
Handling Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an in-stock doll is unavailable, we offer two options:
Free Replacement — Select another doll (price difference adjusted), plus receive additional compensation
Full Refund — Receive a 100% refund
2. Return Policy
Inspect Your Doll Upon Arrival
Upon receiving your doll, please inspect it carefully.
If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as it can greatly assist in resolving any issues.
To help us address your concerns promptly, please provide detailed photos or videos by emailing us.
Resolution for Issues
Incorrect Dolls
If the doll doesn’t match your order, please provide an unboxing video showing:
The entire doll
The head
The shipping label
The packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Damaged Dolls
If your doll arrives damaged:
Report damages to the shipping carrier immediately
Contact us with detailed photos or videos
Depending on severity, we will offer repair kits, replacements, or refunds.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost:
File a claim with the shipping carrier
Notify us immediately
To ensure secure delivery, adult signatures are required for most shipments.
Important Notes
Hygiene and Safety:
Returns for adult products are generally not accepted. If a return is approved, the doll must be unused and in brand-new condition.Unauthorized Returns:
Do not return any package without contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.Custom Products:
Custom-made and personalized dolls are non-returnable.User-Induced Damage:
We cannot replace dolls damaged by improper use or handling. Proper care is essential.

Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.

PayPal: 7 business days
Klarna: 7 business days
General Expectation: Refunds will generally be returned to your bank account within 7–15 days after approval.
If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, contact us for a refund reference number, which you can provide to your bank/payment provider.
