📦 Return and Exchange Policy for RobDoll
At RobDoll, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our adult products. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from our online store. Please review these terms carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.
🛒 Return & Exchange Conditions
Contact Customer Service: You must contact our customer service team to initiate a return request, which requires approval.
Important: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 60 days from the purchase date.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, free of scratches, wear, or alterations (e.g., resizing).
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Do not send returns to the address on your package, as it is not our return address. Provide a valid tracking number with your return. Returns without tracking will not be processed.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals (e.g., liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, or spas), which may alter their appearance.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or maintenance.
Replacement items are not eligible for refunds.
Personalized photo charms, unless the appearance differs from the photo provided to RobDoll, as per our 60-day policy.
Packages that cannot be confirmed as lost.
🔄 Return/Exchange Procedure
Contact Us: If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Pack the Item: Place the item(s) in their original packaging and seal securely.
Ship the Package: Drop off your package at your local post office with a valid tracking number.
Processing: Once we receive your package, we will process your exchange or refund per our policies. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
💸 Refunds
Processing Time: Approved returns are processed within 3-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, though your bank or payment service may charge a transaction fee.
Note: PayPal refunds are processed via PayPal only, and debit/credit card refunds are issued to the original card.Lost Packages: For packages presumed lost, refunds are issued only after the customer provides an undelivered certificate from the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, or DHL).
📬 Shipping Refunds
Initial shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable, as RobDoll covers these costs for each order, even if offered at a discount. RobDoll will provide a $10 store credit for return shipping costs under specific conditions.
Note: Refunds may be denied if items are returned in unacceptable condition.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours: Order cancellations within 24 hours of payment are free.
Within 24-48 Hours: Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a partial refund of the full shipping cost and 80% of the product price.
After 48 Hours: Cancellations after 48 hours receive a partial refund of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product price.
Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
